Attleboro: Warrants, Larceny, Breaking & Entering
Thirteen arrests are reported for Jan. 7-11.
The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):
Jan. 7
- 3:48 a.m. Ashley Cooper, 28, of Attleboro was arrested on Pleasant Street on a warrant for suspicion of assault and battery.
- 6:38 a.m. Benjamin A. Garcia, 23, of Central Falls was arrested on Mendon Road on a warrant for operating a vehicle on a suspended license and charged with suspicion of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violations.
- 12:01 p.m. Joshua J. Walsh, 24, of Attleboro was arrested on Union Street on a warrant for suspicion of larceny by check over $250.00, and forgery of a check.
- 1:23 p.m. Deven Auclair, 18, of Central Falls was arrested on Newport Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
- 9:52 p.m. Jaclyn Brown, 17 of Attleboro was arrested on Parker Street on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.

- 7:48 p.m. John E. Willard, 17, of Attleboro was arrested on Rathbun Willard Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
Jan. 9
- 5:39 a.m. Robert J. Clark Jr., 23, of Attleboro was arrested on Lindsey Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, possessing a burglarious instrument, and receiving stolen property.
- 12:59 p.m. Tina M. Medeiros, 41, of Attleboro was arrested on Highland Street on suspicion of breaking and entering daytime felony, person in fear, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.
- 4:18 p.m. Melissa A. Candeas, 41, of North Attleboro was arrested on Park Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, class B drug possession, possession to distribute a class B drug possession, conspiracy to violate drug law.
- 8:19 p.m. Darren J. Horn, 42, of Attleboro was arrested on Richie Road on a warrant for suspicion of assault and battery.

- 9:25 a.m. Erin M. LeBlanc, 20, of Attleboro was arrested on Robert Street on a warrant for suspicion of larceny under $250.00.
- 1:21 p.m. Silas J. Ramos, 30, of Attleboro was arrested on Union Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle unlicensed and identity fraud, false impersonation.
Jan. 11
- 2:35 p.m. Michael J. Lasek, 34, of Attleboro was arrested on South Main Street on a warrant on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle unlicensed, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle. His was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.00.
