Reply1.1 million dollars is too much money to spend on a shelter. I hope the city council wakes up and puts a stop to this. My check is smaller and now my property tax have the potential to increase. Keep in mind, if you make people pay for 1.1 million dollar sticker price you may not be reelected the next time around.

ReplyPlease don't speak on my behalf for Attleboro. I read that the proposed new animal shelter will cost 1.1 million. I hope some of the city councilors change their mind. I strongly disagree with the animal shelter being built. I would rather see the money be used for schools or for the elder.

Paul, I am sure others feel as you do. 1.1 million dollar is too much to spend on an animal shelter.
