Cuong Sy, Neighbor

Cuong grew up in California and spent four years in the Air Force, later moving to England for a stint in the U.K. Now in New England, he is busy finishing up a degree in graphic design at Rhode Island College. He has experience in photography and likes hiking, camping, fishing and bike touring.
