Fire Erupts at Attleboro Home
At least one person is sent to the hospital.
An apparrent gas leak caused a fire that destroyed a home on Such Drive in Attleboro's Hometown America Oakhill Mobile Home Community. A resident identified by The Sun Chronicle as Richard Beaulieu was taken to the hospital. An Attleboro firefighter was also taken to the hospital and the cause of the fire is under investigation, according to the newspaper. The fire was reported during the 7 p.m. hour. Briana Auclair, who lives near the home, wrote on Attleboro Patch's Facebook page that the area homes were evacuated while authorities searched for a gas line so it could be shut off.
