Thanks for Helping with the Winter Extravaganza

Because of our great sponsors, the Attleboro Youth Commission was able to make this a free event.

On behalf of the Attleboro Youth Commission, I would like to thank all the families in this city who came out to our first Winter Extravaganza at Finberg Field on Jan. 12. It turned out to be an amazing event with more than 600 people attending. Because of our great sponsors, we were able to make the event totally free! Thanks to: Special Thanks to: We are so appreciative to everyone who donated. We raised about $1,000 for the HEAT and Attleboro Energy funds. We hope to see you at our Warming Attleboro Fundraiser this year in March and at our second annual Winter Extravaganza next year! Thank you again! Attleboro Celebrates Winter

The Attleboro Youth Commission's Winter Extravaganza is a big hit.

Hundreds of people came to Finberg Field in Attleboro on Saturday for the Winter Extravaganza, an event organized and hosted by the Attleboro Youth Commission. The free event included games, food, music, a bonfire, pictures with Frosty the Snowman and a raffle for various donated prizes. Money was also collected for HEAT and the Attleboro Energy Fund, which raise money to provide heat to homes in need during the winter.

People who attend will receive raffle tickets, and they will have a chance to win more tickets with the games. The raffle prizes include: Go here for more information about the event and how it was planned. Winter Extravaganza is free, but donations will be collected to support HEAT and the Attleboro Energy Fund, which raise money…
