Bring Your Child to the Library on Saturday
The second annual Take Your Child to the Library Day takes place Saturday.
You probably know that this Saturday (Feb. 2) is Groundhog Day, but what you may not know is that it is also Take Your Child to the Library Day. The public libraries in Attleboro and Seekonk will have activities to celebrate the event. "This is the second annual Take Your Child to the Library Day, a concept created last year by Nadine Lipman, a children's librarian in Waterford, Connecticut," wrote Amy Rhilinger, coordinator of Young Adult Services at the Attleboro library, in an email."
