Mexican food is something I crave about once a month. My craving led me to El Azteca, located at 71 Pleasant St., for lunch. It was a Wednesday afternoon around noon and the restaurant was slammed. Immediately after sitting down at the cozy little bar, a smiling server came by and dropped off a basket of warm, crisp tortilla chips served with fresh salsa. El Azteca's homemade salsa is a thin blend of crushed tomatoes and onions with medium heat and after a few bites became addictive. The server promptly asks if I would like something to drink. I ordered the frozen strawberry margarita. I could taste a hint of tequila but mostly the strawberry mix and a squeeze of fresh lime juice made this drink reason alone for visiting El Azteca. They …
