The city's liquor board voted Tuesday to approve a request for Coastal Vineyards of South Dartmouth to sell wine at the market. The sale of wine from "a licensed farm winery" has been allowed at farmers markets and other "approved agricultural events" since 2010, when Gov. Deval Patrick signed a Senate bill into law.
