Obituary: Arthur Foulkes
He hosted a local television show and was involved in Seekonk politics.
Arthur Foulkes, who was a force in Seekonk politics for many years and hosted a local television show, died July 2. He was 69. Foulkes' community involvement included serving on several elected and appointed boards, hosting the TV show One on One, working as general manager of Seekonk Speedway and serving as president of the Seekonk Swim and Tennis Club. Arthur was very passionate about what he believed in, and his motivation was to do the best for Seekonk. Although we didn't always agree on every issue, I respected his opinions and enjoyed discussion and debate with him. He will be missed.   more ›
