This is the worst company we have ever used!
The bus showed up and the lights didn't work. The speakers were blown so we couldn't turn up the music. The bus driver got us lost in Boston and made us two hours late for our reservations. They do not supply easy passes for the busses and we had to sit at a toll in the dark for 45 minutes. They swapped busses at the end of the night, just in time to drive us home, but the bus was half the size and they did NOT move all the items over, we are still missing items including expensive bottles of liquor. They told us, "we didn't leave you on the side of the road so we held up our end of the contract" are you kidding me! They expected us to pay full price for such terrible service. Pristine Party Bus of 508 washington st, attleboro ma.... is a terrible company with terrible service. I was very surprised when I called to talk to someone about what happened the women gave me a hard time, she was rude and unprofessional. The bus was also a cleaned out school bus... not these nice busses advertised. what a joke!
