Koko Fitclub is unbelievable. Never having been a fan of gyms before, I took a chance several months ago and I've been hooked ever since. As a result of working out at Koko, I've noticed a dramatic increase in my energy level and stamina. Also, friends have been commenting on my new trim appearance. The automated Smartrainer is easy to use and the programs are individualized for my particular goals. One of the best features of Koko is the wonderful, supportive staff who are always ready to help. The friendly, inviting atmosphere seems more like a spa than a gym. Everyone I know who is a member of Koko Fitclub would agree with me. I can't say enough terrific things about Koko. Give it a try and see for yourself!
