If I am not in my office there's a good chance you just might find me here. I have never been disappointed a single time as the food is fresh and real! You can taste the difference. Jonathan's is not just a coffee cafe, which they do quite well. It really is a culinary delight.
The soups, I like them all, whether the Manhattan Red Chowder, N.E. Clam Chowder, Tomato Basil Bisque, Portuguese Kale, etc. The Lobster bisque for $4.50 is just incredible!
There was a book , "Real Men Don't Eat Quiche" the author clearly had never eaten quiche at Jonathan's. You'll find sandwiches that are not just run of the mill. Panini's that are real panini's not just a hot sub. If you're looking for a pizza that isn't the status quo, Jonathan whips up a delicious gourmet pizza. Ann's focus on detail and ingredients in the kitchen always results in a delightful food experience. Don't eat the brownies, you won't want to stop!
The atmosphere can also be quite engaging and quite flavorful at times.You will always find some colorful characters here at Jonathan's, including the wait staff like Lisa, Chris, etc. It's just a nice place to hang out, grab a bite to eat, or sip a cup of coffee with a friend. You might even make some new friends in the process!
Jonathan's is the best of the best in Attleboro. A great plus is that you most likely will not see Mayor Dumas there since he was told to leave for verbally harassing people there. Of course, now he sends "Dumas Click" employees/appointees there to to perform his childish harassment.
