Bought a car there and a month later had issues with the transmission, has been back 3 times since for a totoal of 25 days without the car. I asked for a loaner car and they refused told me to go rent one. I asked for a full refund under the lemon law per the attorney generals office, they refused, screamed, swore at me and then threatened my safety. I had to call the police. Now I have a claim with the attorney generals office. DO NOT BUY FROM CAR TOWN USA. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP
I bought cars from Car Town USA for the past 20 years and had nothing but the best service and cars that I have ever looked at. I do not understand why someone wrote anything but positive things. If you want to buy a great car at a great price, GO TO CAR TOWN USA AND SEE THE BOYS!
