Accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, Capron Park Zoo has something for everyone. For more than 70 years, the zoo has been an attraction for local residents and visitors alike. Nestled in the heart of Attleboro, the zoo is home to animal species from more than five different continents. Children can spend hours listening to the African lions roar, watching the Australian Red Kangaroos jump and the North American River Otters splash. If that is not enough, the zoo has its own reptile amphitheater, where children are encouraged to sing and dance. On hot days, children can cool off at the zoo's SplashPad, a mini water park.
