Having personally trained at ABD for over 6 years, I can honestly say that I wouldn't be the person I am without them. At 44, I am in much better shape and feel better than I did in my 30's. I can also walk with the confidence that I can protect myself and my family should the need arise. ABD is a workout with an education in self defense. Everyone is friendly and you become part of a family. Master Garcia is constantly bringing in world class guest talent to improve our skills. Most of all they care. If you miss a few classes, expect a phone call wondering if you are doing OK. I never got that from a gym.
