1229 County St.

Details?

US SolarWorks and Craft Inc are pleased to come together for a special event to celebrate advanced energy solutions, sustainability and environmental awareness. The “Solar Open House” will take place directly underneath a recently installed solar canopy that is part of a large, custom-designed solar PV system for Craft Inc.

The event, which includes live entertainment and educational sessions on renewable energy, will bring together business and policy leaders from Massachusetts and Rhode Island to celebrate and discuss the expanding solar industry in New England. The 310kw solar installation at the site of the event combines rooftop solar with a solar carport and cutting-edge solar awning. Craft Inc’s investment in the project will pay for itself in 3-5 years, as the installation covers all of Craft Inc’s electricity needs and eliminates its monthly electricity bills. US SolarWorks designed the system as part of an initiative to utilize solar energy as a lean-cost strategy to help modern manufacturers stay competitive in today’s economy.
