Attleboro Students Collect Clothes for Needy in Other Nations

Grace Baptist Christian Academy of Attleboro is collecting clothes to benefit needy people in other parts of the world.

Students, faculty and staff members of of Attleboro are currently operating a clothing drive to benefit needy people in Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Central America.

Grace Baptist teacher Billi-Jo Nichols who is coordinating the drive, which will continue until December 9, said they are seeking men's, women's and children's clothes that are usable and wearable.

Nichols said the collection stretches outside of the wall of Grace Baptist and stressed that donations will be gladly accepted from any sources. Once all donations are collected, Nichols will then ship the clothing to A&E Clothing Corp. of Carteret, N.J., which will forward them to needy people in various countries.
