Gracie is a six-month-old kitten that was found two months ago by the Seekonk Animal Shelter. She was found in the woods near a brook where she was sustaining herself on scraps of food from a dumpster.
She was very tiny when she was found and Animal Control Officer Sharon Hall said she will grow to be a petite adult.
Hall called Gracie "a purr bucket," as the vocal cat purrs readily when being held or pet.
