ATTLEBORO, MA, February 20, 2014 – Kathy Blackledge, Nutrition Clinical Coordinator in Dietary, has been selected A.C.E.S. (A Caring Employee of Sturdy) for the month of February.
In nominating comments, one coworker said of Kathy, "working with her is wonderful. She is extremely patient when explaining things and working with others." Another coworker also said of Kathy, that when working toward implementing a new program, she did so with "the enthusiasm and diligence to detail that the program required." The new program "went incredibly smooth because of her hard work." She also, "takes an active role in communicating and monitoring goals with other employees," and is described as, "very much a part of the success in our department." Kathy works with many different disciplines and always, "assures that all needs of the patient are being met," doing so with consideration to other departments’ needs and work flows. "No matter how stressful things get, Kathy still manages to maintain her friendly demeanor," said a coworker.
Kathy is a resident of Seekonk and has been a Sturdy employee since 2004.
