July 4th - America's Holiday
What are you doing on the Fourth of July? Celebrate! Celebrate!
Even with all the controversy surrounding us—national politics, world politics, Afghanistan, and the world economy—the Fourth of July is America's time to celebrate the country we have. Get those American flags out for all to see, and give us reminders of this great country. We're not perfect, but much better than most of the world.
Walking downtown the other day to go and then to pay a bill, I noticed the US flags on the 'period' lampposts. Very nice and worthy of a few photos! Again, get a small flag, or a big one. Mount the small ones to your mailbox post or something nearby. Duct tape works!
Enjoy the day with family and friends. Be safe using the fireworks you may have!
