Sports Wrap: Boys' and Girls' Basketball Teams Look to Win Fourth Straight

Boys' and Girls' basketball teams are both looking for wins tonight against Taunton. Hockey is coming off a historical performance against Canton.


The Blue Bombardiers' boys' basketball team is on a three game winning streak with wins over Dartmouth, Canton and King Philip. The Bombardiers were led in Sunday's 59-43 win over Canton by Brandon Clark, who scored 22 points on the afternoon.

Big Blue will host Taunton Friday night as they look to make it four straight.

The girls' basketball team is also on a three game winning streak. In this week's win over King Philip, Kerri Beland scored a season high 21 points, along with 6 rebounds and 3 assists.

Attleboro hockey is coming off of a 1-1 tie over perrenial power, Canton. it's the first time in Attleboro's history that Big Blue has earned a point against Canton. Goaltender Andrew Campion earned 48 saves for Big Blue.
