Houle, Runey Lead Attleboro Girls to Sixth Straight

The Attleboro girls' basketball team hasn't lost a game since December.

The Bombardiers have won six in a row, including a grind-it-out 44-38 win Wednesday night at home against Foxboro. Big Blue was led by Emily Houle, who had 10 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Kim Runey added 8 points and 6 rebounds.

Another important league match-up comes Friday when Attleboro travels to Franklin.

The Blue Bombardiers' boys' basketball team traveled to Foxboro Wednesday night and came away with a much-needed 56-41 win after dropping two straight.

Attleboro pulled away in the second half Wednesday when Tim Walsh knocked down 14 points in the third quarter alone.

Big Blue will be at home Friday against Frankln.

Attleboro hockey is coming off a difficult 6-1 loss to Franklin Wednesday. It marks Attleboro's first loss since early in the season when Big Blue suffered a 4-0 loss to North Attleboro.
