The Rev. Dennis Barrett, Senior Pastor of Victory Baptist Church of Fairhaven and Barrett's father, delivered the commencement address.

“You should not consider success in life to be just the accumulation of material possessions, but instead by the way you live your lives and prepare for the Kingdom of God,” Rev. Barrett said. “Do not listen to the wrong people or travel the wrong road. Heed the counsel of the godly, not the ungodly.”
