My Life, My Health--a chronic disease self-management program

With grants from the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Rev. Larson Senior Center is hosting a program on chronic disease self-management. 

The class is being held every Thursday beginning Jan. 6, 2011 an running through Feb. 3, 2011. Space is limited to 18 participants. To pre-register for the class, call 508-223-2235. 

Cost is $15 for the classes which are held on the 2nd floor of the Senior Center.
