“Dream Big” with this year’s Summer Reading Program

Seekonk residents are dreaming big at the Seekonk Public Library this summer!  The adult summer reading program will offer prizes for participants who submit a one line book review either at the library or online at www.seekonkpl.org.

The library has something for everyone this summer!  Whether you need a place to cool off for a while, a new movie to watch or a video games to play, we have something for you!  If you like to dream big at the beach, our OverDrive collection of ebooks and audiobooks will make your day off feel like a vacation. Join us for dream inspired programming, our annual outdoor summer concert series, free movies, computer classes, and much more!

The statewide summer reading is sponsored by local libraries, the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, the Massachusetts Library System and the Boston Bruins, with federal funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Prizes are provided by our local program sponsors. We would like to thank Arthur Murray Dance Studio of Swansea, Rock Spot Climbing, New England Martial Arts Dojo, Pawtucket Country Club, Yoga One, and Zachary Holme Photography for supporting the 2012 Seekonk Public Library Summer Reading Program.

Registration begins on June 18th.  For more information, call the library or visit our website at seekonkpl.org.
