Talking Points at Tonight's Selectmen Meeting

Selectmen are expected to meet with American Legion members; they will discuss issues with the 2012 Memorial Day Parade and Veterans Memorial Garden at Seekonk Town Hall.

Tonight, Board of Selectmen members are anticipated to meet at 7 p.m. in the Seekonk Town Hall Chambers. There, they will discuss a sign bylaw with the building inspector.

In a motion to discuss new business, they will consider the re-appointment of Robert McKenna to the Conservation Commission and the re-appointments of David Pinsonneault and Bon Richardson to the Youth and Recreation Commission.

American Legion Members will also discuss issues with the 2012 Memorial Day Parade and the Veterans Memorial Garden at the Seekonk Town Hall.

Town Engineer Dave Cabral will then give an update concering 41 Lake Street. Members will then conclude the public portion of the meeting and discuss the Lake Street property behind closed doors in executive session.
