In a phone interview Thursday afternoon Ross said he'd be reaching out to Senator James Timilty's office about the legislation.

"Personally I feel by acting at this point as I did to file the legislation, we are becoming proactive instead reactive," Ross said Thursday. "As of today there were 34 states that have taken some action through executive order or through legislation to ban these substances."
