The ballot measure calls for a 20-year property tax to fund the construction of a $2.5 million senior center on vacant property next to Town Hall. The annual tax would cost property owners approximately $8 per $100,000 of a land's value in the first year and decrease in subsequent years. More information about the measure can be found .
