To The Editor:

Victory is sweet… but we are not there yet!

I would like to thank all of the voters of Ward 5 who gave me a 5% victory over an incumbent city councilor last Tuesday.  I am appreciative and humbled by all of the support I received.  I am proud to live in Ward 5 because I know that the residents are highly involved in the community and vote their conscience; Ward 5 is a wonderful place to live and together we can make it even better!

Now the hard work begins!  We quickly move onto November and your continued support will be crucial to another victory in the General Election!

For those who voted on Tuesday, thank you. For all of your well wishes and positive thoughts, thank you.  For those of you who held signs in the rain, thank you. I am blessed to live in such a wonderful community. I hope to have your continued support this November and am grateful for the support I have already garnered.
