Seekonk Selectmen Meet Tonight

Discussion on Fall Town Hall Meeting Warrant Articles continues, selectmen to appoint two members to the Board of Health Commission.

The Seekonk Board of Selectmen are scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. at for their regular weekly meeting.

Among the agenda items tonight are the continued discussions on the selectmen’s support of Fall Town Hall Meeting Warrant Articles. This week, warrant articles 9 through 16 will be discussed.

The selectmen will also define the exact role of its Road Projects Sub-Committee following selectmen’s Bill Rice’s objection from the previous week that he believed the committee was formed with regards to one specific project, not all road projects.

The selectmen will also be interviewing and appointing two members to the Board of Health Commission.

Also on the agenda is a discussion on a plan of action regarding the Call Firefighters Union.
