The suspects faced arraignment today in Stoughton District Court, Pesaturo said.

Transit Police recovered "a map book, with several MBTA Commuter Rail parking lots circled, four (4) catalytic converters and a Makita SawZall" while searching Fager's vehicle, according to the Transit Police report.

"During an interview conducted subsequent to arrest for an offense at the Sharon MBTA Station's parking lot, Tina Fager stated, while she was at the Attleboro Commuter Rail parking lot her companion, Jamie Neto, removed a catalytic converter from a Toyota Tundra that was unattended and parked in the lot," the report states.

"After removing the catalytic converter from the Toyota Fager and Neto drove to the Sharon MBTA Commuter Rail Station and entered the parking area and removed two other catalytic converters from unattended vehicles. After removing the catalytic converters at the Sharon parking lot, the Chrysler LHS being driven by Tina Fager proceeded to Route 95 where the vehicle was stopped."

Pesaturo said Fager also was in the Chrysler when she and her husband were arrested on similar charges in Hanson.

She was due back in Plymouth District Court on those charges today. Her husband remains in custody.
