Update: Tractor Trailer Rollover on Interstate 95 Sends Driver to Sturdy Memorial [VIDEO]

The driver of a tractor trailer was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital after the tractor trailer he was driving flipped on I-95 North.

Engine 4 firefighter/EMT Paul Jacques and firefighter/paramedic Michael Wilson responded to the scene of a tractor trailer rollover on Interstate 95 North Tuesday afternoon. 

The driver, whose name has not yet been released by Massachusetts State Police, was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. 

The accident occurred just after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Massachusetts State Police and Massachusetts Department of Transportation officials along with Attleboro firefighters remain at the scene.

Massachusetts State Police Sgt. Littlefield said the driver was on the onramp to 95 North when he tipped the rig. The driver, who was driving for Good Value Inc. out of Raynham, was cited for a marked lane violation, according to Littlefield. 

Sterry Street Towing of Attleboro is in the midst of righting the tractor trailer using multiple air bags. The driver was carrying a load of copper.
