Seekonk Police Log: Busted Fence, Drunk Driving, Resisting Cuffs

An arrest does not necessarily indicate a conviction.

Seekonk police officers charged locals with drunk driving, leaving the scene of an accident, assault with a dangerous weapon and other crimes.

  • Gabriella Onet, 23, of Anaheim, CA, was charged with drunk driving, driving without lights on and negligent driving after police pulled her over near Mink Street at approximately 2:05 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 2.
  • Kerrie Rapoza, 42, of 15 Bloomfield St., was charged with resisting arrest, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and three warrants after police responded to Bloomfield Street at approximately 9:43 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 2.
  • Corinne Mackey, 21, of 98 Bloomfield St., was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, drunk driving, leaving the scene causing property damage, speeding and possessing alcohol in an open container in the motor vehicle, after officers responded to a report of vehicle hitting a Mayfield Street fence. Officers allegedly found a bumper from her vehicle and matched the registration.
  • Kelby Christopher, 21, of 63 Baker St., was charged with leaving the scene after causing property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failing to stay within marked lines after officers responded to Newman Avenue at approximately 3:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6.
