Second Offense OUI, Burglary and Fugitive from Justice

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Dec. 26 through Dec. 29

Dec. 26

  • *4:02 a.m. Mark Dube, 46, was arrested at Grace Ln. for suspicion of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
  • 12:59 p.m. J. Gilbert, 25, of 10 Philips St. was arrested at the Capri Motel in Dartmouth on a warrant and charged with disturbing the peace.
  • 1:24 p.m. Samantha English, 24, of Cumberland RI was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting and on a warrant for uttering a false prescription
  • 2:50 p.m. Keyon Taylor, 20, of 8 Carpenter Ave. Apt. 2 was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with breakdown lane violation.
  • 3:04 p.m. Kevaun Taylor, 23, of 8 Carpenter Ave. Apt. 2 was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with entering at night for a a felony.
  • 4:35 p.m. Brian Gallagher, 33, was arrested at Mendon Rd. on a warrant and charged with disturbing the peace.
Dec. 27
  • 9:15 p.m. Christopher Keisling, 33, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at Washington St. on a warrant and charged with an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.
Dec. 28
  • 4:59 p.m. James Kempt, 71, of 50 Parker St. Apt. 1 was arrested at Brook St. on a warrant and charged with miscellaneous municipal ordinance bylaw violation.
  • 6:25 p.m. John Vance, 40, of 306 Clifton St. was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with rape of a child with force.
  • 10:54 p.m. Luke Johnson, 24, of 59 Curtis Avenue was arrested at Meadowsweet Terrace for suspicion of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor, 2nd offense.
Dec. 29
  • 1:29 a.m. Jennifer Gergel, 21, of Providence RI was arrested at County St. for suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a vehicle.
  • 4:02 a.m. Luis Adorno, 30, of Providence was arrested at Wamsutta Rd. for suspicion of breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, receiving stolen property and unarmed burglary
  • 4:29 a.m. Mark Fowler, 37, of Medford was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and fugitive from justice without a warrant.
  • 5:14 a.m. Genesis Harney, 24, of Providence was arrested at Wamsutta Rd. for suspicion of breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, possession of a Class C substance, conspiracy, unarmed burglary and larceny over $250.
