Second and Third Offense OUI's, Assault and Battery and Failure to Stop

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Nov. 7 and Nov. 10

Nov. 7

*12:30 p.m. Noel Torres, 25, of Central Falls, RI was arrested at Garrehey BLDG on a warrant and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
2:09 p.m. Adam Smith, 32, of North Attleboro was arrested on a warrant and charged with assault and battery.
8:50 p.m. Christopher Hansen, 52, of 10 Oak St. was arrested at his home and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Nov. 8

3:15 p.m. William Hutcheon, 42, of Norton was arrested at Perry Ave. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Nov. 9

1:46 a.m. Francis Martin, 45, of 30 Dean St. Apt. 1 was arrested at his home for suspicion of second offense OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop for police.
11:48 a.m. Lucas Parker, 20, of 376 Slater St. was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting.

Nov. 10

10:17 p.m. Robert Cormier, 49, of Foxboro was arrested South Ave. for suspicion of third offense OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop or yield.
