Three Arrested in Attleboro Bank Robbery

The suspect is a female with a handgun.

UPDATE  The Sun Chronicle reported two men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the robbery. ABC6 in Providence reported a cellphone believed to be dropped by the female suspect was found at the crime scene and used to track the suspects.

The Attleboro Police Department spokesman could not immediately be reached for comment.

Authorities are searching for a woman who allegedly robbed Bank of America in South Attleboro Wednesday afternoon. A source says the woman used a handgun and left the bank at 685 Washington St. in a white Ford Explorer.
