Police Log: Vandalism, Statutory Rape

Police charge Seekonk teenager with statutory rape and Fall River men with vandalism to Tony's Seafood.

Patrol Officer Steven Scott charged Timothy Huynh, 18, of 34 Fall River Ave., with statutory rape after dispatch received a call from 39 Perrin Ave. reporting a runaway at approximately 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16. Police later found the runaway at Subway.

Wakefield man charged with check fraud

Andray Hazard, 27, of Wakefield, R.I., was charged with forging checks and was arrested under a warrant at approximately 12:16 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 17.

Fall River men charged with malicious damage at Tony's Seafood.

Christian Tavares, 18, and Estbien Colon, 20, both of Fall River, were each charged with two counts of tagging property and two counts of malicious damage and defacement after Patrol Officer David Enos responded to Tony's Seafood on Fall River Avenue at approximately 1:47 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 20.
