Police Log: Nighttime Breaking and Entering, Open and Gross Lewdness

Seekonk officers arrested locals for drunk driving, possessing Class D drugs and open and gross lewdness.

Seekonk police officers arrested 15 people from Monday, Feb. 14, to Sunday, Feb. 21, on charges including drunk driving, possessing drugs, open and gross lewdness and breaking and entering at nighttime with the intent of committing a felony.

  • Police charged Robert Leach, 21, of West Warwick, R.I., with speeding without a license and valid registration at approximately 9:26 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 14.
  • Police arrested Dwayne Johnson, 31, of Cranston, R.I., under a warrant after police went to the Ramada Inn at approximately 2:33 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 15.
  • Matthew Cinqmars, 41, of 19 Maple Ave., was arrested under a warrant at approximately 10:16 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 15, after officers responded to a disturbance.
  • Marc Oliveira, 23, of Rehoboth, was charged with driving without a license and defective equipment after officers pulled him over on Taunton Avenue at approximately 7:14 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17.
  • Domingo Silvia, 53, of Providence, was arrested under a warrant at approximately 11:25 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 18.
  • Jenna Arruda, 21, of Fall River, was charged with speeding and driving without a license after officers pulled her over on Interstate 195 West at approximately 9:33 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 18.
  • Quinton Davis, 20, of North Providence, R.I., was charged with failing to drive in a right lane and operating a motor vehicle without a license after police pulled him over on Interstate 195 West at approximately 2:13 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19.
  • Maryann Langevin, 37, of New Bedford, and Stephen Ellis, 39, of Fall River were both charged with larceny over $250 after officers responded to Kohl's at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19.
  • Pedro Fuentes, 37, of Providence, was charged with drunk driving, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and possessing Class D drugs, after he was pulled over along Fall River Avenue at approximately 11:50 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19.
  • Jason Rego, 30, of North Dartmouth, was charged with driving without a license after police pulled him over on Interstate 195 East at approximately 7:29 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 20.
  • Al King, 28, of Providence, was charged with operating without a license and possessing Class D drugs after he was pulled over on Interstate 195 West at approximately 7:50 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 20.
  • Joseph Morrisey, 49, of 172 Pine St., was charged with open and gross lewdness and breaking and entering at nighttime with the intent to commit a felony at approximately 10:23 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 20, after a woman called the police department and reported someone might be outside her apartment doorway.
  • Johnathan Olivier, 23, of Rehoboth, was charged with driving without a valid license, registration and inspection sticker, on Monday, Feb. 21, at approximately 3:12 a.m.
  • Melissa Martins, 21, of Swansea, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance or a valid registration at approximately 4:24 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 21.
