Seekonk Police Log: Heroin Trafficking, Drugs on I-195

made the following arrests over the past week:

  • Felix Delgado, 22, of New Bedford, was charged with speeding and operating a motor vehicle without a license and valid registration at approximately 2:31 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26.
  • Brian Walsh, 57, of 68 Pershing Ave., was charged with domestic assault and battery after a disturbance was reported at approximately 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27.
  • Victoria Travassos, 28 and Joshua Barboza, 23, of Fall River, both of Fall River, were charged with possessing Class A drugs after officers pulled over their vehicle driving on I-195 at approximately 1:37 p.m.  Wednesday, Sept. 28.
  • Angelo Perez, 22, of Providence, was charged with trafficking heroin; Edward Licciardi, 25, of Attleboro, and Justin Beattie, 34, of Norton, were charged with possessing Class A drugs, after an officer arrested them near the Highland Avenue McDonald's at approximately 5:20 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29.
  • Ronald Bennett, 57, of 9 Avon St., was charged with violating an abuse prevention order at approximately 7:14 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30.
  • Richard Leger, 24, of Fall River, was charged with shoplifting after officers responded to Stop and Shop at approximately 7:09 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1.
  • Devine Mackey, 19, of 98 Bloomfield St., was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and marked lanes violations after police responded to a motor vehicle that caused property damage at approximately 12:37 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 2.
  • Joshua Tangui, 17, Michael Leuropa, 17, and Alexander Lonardo, all of Johnston, R.I., were charged with conspiring to commit a felony, possessing burglarious tools, possessing a firearm without an ID card, and receiving stolen property after officers responded to Pine Street for a report of property damage at approximately 3:23 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 2
