Police Log: One Man Arrested for Failing to Register as Sex Offender Another for Heroin Possession

The following information was submitted by the Attleboro Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Christopher Mallozzi, 34, who has no documented address, was arrested by Attleboro Police Officer Velino on Friday, Nov. 4 and charged with assault and battery (domestic), possession of Class A (heroin) and E (prescription narcotics) drugs and defacing property. The same day, Attleboro Police arrested Ryan Hathaway, 30, of 99 Woodbine St./ Parker Street, Attleboro on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.

Thursday, Nov. 17:

Michael G. Harris, 27, of 32 Clayton St. Attleboro, was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Wednesday, Nov. 16:

Amanda Devaney, 22, of 140 Ellis Ave. Norwood, was charged with drunk driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and drinking alcohol from an open container and driving.

Monday, Nov. 14:

Darius Treeful, 25, of 50 Maynard St. Attleboro, was charged with two counts of defacing property, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery (domestic).

Kenneth Cosby Jr., 34, of 742 South Main St. Attleboro, was charged with assault and battery (domestic).

Saturday, Nov. 12:

Nicholas Lazzara, 30, of 418 Armistice Blvd. Pawtucket, RI, was charged with driving with a revoked HTO license and speeding in violation of special regulation.

Matthew Glaude, 27, of 26 Denise Dr. Seekonk, was arrested on assualt and battery charges (domestic), assault and battery on a child with injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Friday, Nov. 11:

Heather Chabot, 24, of 29 A Division St. North Attleboro, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Korey Scott, 24, of 26 Middle St. Attleboro, was arrested on a larcency warrant and charged with conspiracy to violate drug law.

Emily Rebello, 20, of 18 Bearcourt Dr. Attleboro, was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, possession to distribute Class C drugs, false crime report, and possessing unlawful fireworks.

Thursday, Nov. 10:

Thomas Gomes, 22, of 26A Holman St., Attleboro, was charged with defacing property.

Suzanna Nye, 30, of 16 13th Street Attleboro, was arrested on a assault and battery warrant.

Eric Ripley, 24, of 48 Dunham St. Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant out of Brockton stemming from charges of refusing to identify himself as the driver of a motor vehicle.

Don Taylor, 42, of 23 Hope Ave. Attleboro, was charged with disturbing the peace.

Wednesday, Nov. 9:

Wissam Greigre, 21, of 1000 Read St. Attleboro, was charged with possession to distribute Class D drugs (subsequent).

Tuesday, Nov. 8:

Amy Lussier, 41, of 32 Catherine Attleboro, was arrested on an indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 warrant.

Monday, Nov. 7:

Shawnalee Lamore, 31, of 77 Green St. Lynn, was arrested on a witness intimidation warrant out of Lynn.

Stephanie Brandon, 38, was arrested on a witness intimidation warrant out of Lynn.

Amanda Vadala, 18, was arrested on shoplifting warrant.

Christine Aurelio, 31, of 464 Buchanan St. Pawtucket, RI, was arrested on a warrant for receiving a stolen vehicle.

Chelsea Hill, 22, of 115 Knott St. Attleboro, was charged with assault and battery (domestic).

Sunday, Nov. 6:

Erwin Esteban, 40, of 41 Falmouth St. Attleboro, was charged with driving without a license.

David Mackinnon, 34, of 5 Slater St. Attleboro, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor.

Saturday, Nov. 5:

Elizabeth Rankins, 25, of 22 School St. Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant out of Belligham for operating under the influence of liquor.

Friday, Nov. 4:

Edward Weiss, 49, of 53 Dawson Pawtucket, RI, was arrested on a warrant out of the Taunton Police Department stemming from charges of entering at night for felony, person in fear.

Antonio Brewster, 46, of 47 Juniper St. Attleboro, was charged with larceny over $250, and driving with a suspended license.

Shane Tresilian, 37, of 15 James St. Malden, was arrested on a warrant for violating an abuse prevention order and assault and battery (domestic).

Michael Mogayzel, 23, of 43 Benefit St. Pawtucket, RI was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order.

Burton R. Phipps, 52, of 1 Simmons Ct., North Attleboro, was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, trespassing, larceny over $250 and burning personal property.

Thursday, Nov. 3:

Christoper Fazekas, 32, of 100 Willis Ave. Seekonk, was charged with witness intimidation, assault and batter (domestic) and resisting arrest.

Wednesday, Nov. 2:

Carolanne Barche, 24, of 195 Pine St. Attleboro, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Michael Scruton, 48, of 43 Carpenter St. Attleboro, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Catherine Delaurier, 54, of 51 John St. Attleboro, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs.

Tuesday, Nov. 1:

Connor Cryan, 18, of 88 Dean St. Attleboro, was charged with failing to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, speeding and marked lanes violation.

Joseph Tavares, 23, of 25 May St. Attleboro, was arrested on an unarmed burglary charge.

Keith Bettencourt, 25, of 18.5 West St. Attleboro, was charged with walking/riding on the railroad track and attempting to commit crime.

Justin Belliveau, 32, of 18.5 West St. Attleboro, was charged with walking/riding on a railroad track and attempting to commit crime.
