Police Log: Drunk Driving, Assault and Battery

Last week, officers charged locals with crimes including larceny, assault and battery and drunk driving.

• Benjamin Frink, 20, of East Providence, R.I., was charged with an equipment violation and arrested under a warrant, after police pulled over his vehicle on Pine Street at approximately 7:31 p.m. on Monday, July 18.
• Mariano Leite, 56, of Bristol, R.I., was charged with running a red light, drunk driving and reckless operation of a motor vehicle, after police responded to an accident causing property damage on Fall River Avenue at 9:14 p.m. on Monday, July 18.
• Stephen Mignacca, 26, of Cranston, R.I., was charged with larceny over $250 and receiving stolen property at approximately 7:47 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19.
• Jarred St. Pierre, 17, of 9 Pamela Drive, was charged with domestic assault and battery on at approximately 9:31 p.m. on Thursday, July 21. 
• Todd Nary, 41, of Rehoboth, was arrested under a warrant, at approximately 2:09 a.m. on Saturday, July 23.
