Police Log: Central Avenue Man Charged with Possessing Drugs with Intent to Distribute

Seekonk police officers arrested 14 people from Monday, Feb. 7, to Monday, Feb. 14, on charges including drunk driving, possessing drugs with the intent to distribute and violating an abuse prevention order.

• Matthew O'Brien, 20, of 319 Central Ave., was charged with distributing class D drugs after a patrol officer allegedly arrested him in a parking lot near Chestnut Hill Studios on Taunton Avenue at approximately 7:26 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 7.
• Fernando DeCastro, 45, of Riverside, was charged with violating an abuse prevention order at 8:07 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 7, after a employee reported her ex-spouse was in the store at the time.
• Jaime Urizar, 39, of Providence, was charged with operating an unregistered and unlicensed motor vehicle on Wednesday, Feb. 9, at 4:56 p.m.
• Jessica Jorden, 37, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license after her vehicle was stopped near the Fall River Avenue American Legion at approximately 7:52 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9.
• Hector Medina-Vargas, 30, of Taunton, was charged with drunk driving and reckless operation of a motor vehicle without a license after he was pulled over at  at approximately 9:42 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9.
• Danielle Ouellette, 30, of Attleboro, was charged with driving without a license after she was pulled over on Central Avenue at approximately 1:41 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 10.
• Howard Inman, 44, of Roslindale, was arrested under two warrants at approximately 11:26 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 10.
• Noberto Bravo, 52, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and defective equipment and arrested under a warrant; Kevin Russell, 29, of Providence, was arrested under two warrants after police pulled over the two men at approximately 9:22 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 10.
• Cory Dellefemine, 21, of 12 Perry Ave., was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not having his vehicle inspected after he was pulled over at approximately 5:01 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 11
• Martin Leandro, 55, of 704 Fall River Ave., was charged with driving under a suspended license revoked for drunk driving after he was pulled over near Newport Creamery at approximately 5:05 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12.
• Francisco Chavaloc, 27, of Providence, was charged with driving without a license at approximately 11:33 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12.
• David Migneault, 50, of Coventry, R.I., was charged with driving without a license at approximately 12:55 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12.
• Alexander Reis, 20, of 505 Central Ave., was charged with possessing class D drugs with the intention of distribution and operating a motor vehicle with a defective headlight, after he was pulled over along Central Avenue at approximately 7:31 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 13.
