Police Log: Attleboro Police Make Several Arrests for Assault and Battery

Attleboro police officers made more than a dozen arrests over a one-week period, with offenses that include drunk driving, assault with a dangerous weapon and larceny. Below are Attleboro Police Department arrests from June 12 to 17.

Friday, June 17

• Jamel Buchan, 32, of 362 Montaulk St. Brooklyn, NY, was arrested for consipiracy, driving without a license, receiving stolen property and larceny over $250.
• James Neal, 26, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested for larceny over $250, credit card fraud over $250, conspiracy and receving stolen property. 
• Manuel Fuentes, 29, of 15 Mechanic St., Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant out of Boston for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charges. 
• Sally Heywood, 50, of 966 South St., Attleboro, was arrested for drunk driving and failing to wear a seatbelt.
• Katelyn Stuart, 19, of 29 Belair Ave., Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant out of Rehoboth for being a minor in possession of liquor.

Thursday, June 16

• Kevin Bays, 50, of 80 Linden St., Attleboro, was arrested for assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled.
• Myriam Moyet, 36, of 15 Mechanic St., Attleboro, was arrested for assault and battery (domestic).
• Jason Moore, 37, with an unknown address, was arrested for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, destruction of property and a warrant out of Seekonk for driving with a suspended license. 
• Daniel Carden, 48, of 61 Barberry Dr., Seekonk, MA, was arrested for assault and battery (domestic).  

Wednesday, June 15

• Jesse Kegley, 28, of 77 Orange St., Attleboro, was arrested for stealing from a building and receiving stolen property. 

Tuesday, June 14

• Willie Perry, 19, of 651 South Main St., Attleboro, was arrested for assault and battery (domestic).
• Peter Duffy, 26, of 84 North Ave., Attleboro, was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order. 

Monday, June 13

• Jared Betts, 22, of 464 Mendon Rd., Attleboro, was arrested for drunk driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failing to wear a seat belt. 
• Mark Traversi, 56, of 60 Bishop St., Attleboro, was arrested for drunk driving (2nd offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.

Sunday, June 12

• Armondo Lima, 33, of 80 West St., Attleboro, was arrested for drunk driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, drinking from an open alcohol container, driving without a license and having an uninsured motor vehicle.
