Police Log: Attleboro Police Make Drug, Robbery and Assault with Dangerous Weapon Arrests

Monday, Oct. 31:

Steven J. Beliveau, 44, of 6 Spring St. West Warwick, RI was arrested on a warrant on charges of larceny over $250.

Sunday, Oct. 30:

Roberto Cintron, 29, of 146 Pine St. Attleboro, was arrested on assault and battery (felonious).

Douglas Lebrun, 42, of 74 Mulberry St. Attleboro, was arrested on assault and battery (domestic) charges.

Saturday, Oct. 29:

Eileen Moreira, 35, of 41 Dunham St. Attleoro, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Willie Perry, 20, of 651 South Main St. Attleboro, was arrested for leaving the scene of a personal injury from a motor vehicle crash, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, driving without a license and drinking and driving.

Laponda Peters, 26, of 166 Pine St. Attleboro, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Her breathlyzer reading was .19.

Thursday, Oct. 27:

George Nash, 33, of 130 James St. Attleboro, was charge with assault with a dangerous weapon and assualt and battery domestic.

Maureen McCabe, 53, of 111 Surrey St. Medford, was charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense).

Richard Hinton Jr., 52, of 305 Plain St. Mansfield, was arrested on an assault and battery warrant out of North Attleboro.

Steven Retamoza, 20, of 17 Sweet Ave. Pawtucket, RI, was arrested on a warrant on charges of witness intimidation.

Randy St. Angelo, 146 South Ave. Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant on charges of using a false perscription.

Wednesday, Oct. 26:

Theodore Maguire Jr., 30, of 74 Dean St., was arrested on Class B drug possession.

Kyle Saillant, 20, of 47 Madison St. Warwick, RI was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lane violation. His breathlyzer reading was .12.

Tuesday, Oct. 25:

Jahkee McFadden, 18, of 50 Dunham St. Attleboro, was arrested on an assault and battery warrant.

Sunday, Oct. 23:

Franklin Dore, 22, of 91 George St. Attleboro, was arrested on indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.

Patrick Hickey, 20, of 7 Austin St. Norton, was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, two miscellaneous motor vehicle violations and forging a RMV document.

Craig Foran, 21, of 265 Park St. North Attleboro, was charged with speeding, operating a car under the influence of licquor and negligent operation of motor vehicle. His breathlyzer reading was .20.

Jessica Michaud, 37, of 920 Joslin Rd. Harrisville, RI, was charged with drunk driving and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Her breathlyzer reading was .14.

Friday, Oct. 21:

Dayanee Santos, 25, of 35 John St. Attleboro, was arrested on assault and battery (domestic).

James Destito, 25, of 62B Allenson Ave. South Attleboro, was arrested on assault and battery (domestic).

Franklin Dore, 22, of 91 George St. was charged with trespassing.

Jermel Jamison, 25, of 17 Peck St. Attleboro, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Tuesday, Oct. 20:

Brianna Cunha, 23, of 107 Mineral Spring Ave. Pawtucket, RI was arrested on a warrant with charges of driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a suspended registration.

Wednesday, Oct. 19:

Rand Sabatini, 48 of 747 Newport Ave. S. Attleboro was arrested on a warrant with violation of an abuse prevention order charge.

Christopher Redlund, 17, of 46 Holman St. Attleboro, was arested on two charges of breaking and entering (felony), two charges of larceny over $250 and defacing property.

Tuesday, Oct. 18:

Ryan Gomes, 18, of 26A Holman St. Attleboro, was charged with larceny over $250, breaking and entering (felony) and defacing property.

William Inman, 56, of 15 Park Way Conway, NH, was arrested on a warrant on a larceny over $250 charge.

Aaron Bougeault, 32, of 178 S. Main St. Woonsocket, RI was arrested on assault with a dangerous weapon charges.

Heidi Young, 38, of 55 Berndt Dr. Attleboro, was arrested on assault and battery (domestic) and assault and battery with dangerous weapon charges.

Sunday, Oct. 16:

Jason Moore, 37, of 69 Tomlinson Rd. Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Peter Duffy, 26, of Attleboro, was charged with Class B Drug Possession.

Saturday, Oct. 15

Elizabeth Gilbert, 43, of 5A Topflight Dr. Norton, was charged with shoplifting by asporation.

Andrew McGaughey, 22, of 27 School St. Attleboro was arrested on assault and battery charges (domestic), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, witness intimidation and a warrant for possession of Class B drugs out of Brockton.
