Police Log: Arrests for Gun Possession, Ammunition and a Home Invasion
The following information was submitted by the Attleboro Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Nov. 25:
Domingos Evora, 51, of 75 Stedman Ave. Pawtucket, RI was arrested and charged with negligent operation of motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor.
James Kempt, 69, of 50 Parker St. Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant with charges by the Taunton Police Dept. of failing to attend jury duty.
Thursday, Nov. 24:
Juan Garcia Coy, 21, of 12 Pine St. Attleboro, was charged with disturbing the peace, public drinking and resisting arrest.

Nelson Gomez Mendez, 21, of 10 Holman St. Attleboro, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, disturbing the peace, drinking alcohol from an open container, and public drinking.
Wednesday, Nov. 23:
Matthew Zejuela, 18, of 21 Holman St. Attleboro, was charged with assault.

Tuesday, Nov. 22:
Larry Robinson, 76, of 426 S/W Kabot Ave. Port St. Lucie, FL, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license and possession of ammunition.
Don Canova, 28, of 282 S. Washington St. North Attleboro, was charged with assault and battery (domestic).
Monday, Nov. 21:
Mark DiPillo, 44, of 35 Elm St. Foxboro, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
Samuel Wotton, 21, of 29 Emory St. Attleboro, was charged with larceny over $250 and breaking and entering daytime for a felony.
Nicholas Grant, 17, of 999 Read St. Attleboro, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
John Swistak, 27, of 319 Wellesley Dr. O' Fallon, IL, was charged with assault and battery and defacing property.
Sunday, Nov. 20:
Elizabeth Allard, 20, of 14 Captain Courtois Dr. Attleboro, was arrested on an assault and battery warrant.
Dennis Rivera, 24, of 8 Merritt Place Attleboro, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation.
Erik DePena, 21, of 72 McCabe Ave. Pawtucket, RI, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant.
Saturday, Nov. 19:
Alexander Macdougall, 43, of 12 Peterson St. North Attleboro was arrested on a unregistered motor vehicle warrant.
Kevin Lawrence, 27, of 295 Highland Ave. Attleboro, was arrested on Class E Drug Possession.
Augusto Darosa, 35, of 14 Phillips St. Attleboro, was arrested on a home invasion warrant.
Edgar Velez, 25, of 33 Fairhaven Rd. Cumberland, RI was arrested on a operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license warrant.
