Police Log: 18 Arrests Since Monday, a Few for Public Intoxication

A log of Attleboro Police incidents and arrests.

Attleboro police officers made 18 arrests since Monday, for alleged crimes including domestic assault, possession of drugs, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Arrests from Monday to Thursday are below.

Thursday, March 17

  • Charlotte Wiseman, 19, 0f 68 Freeman St. of N. Attleboro was arrested for failing to stop for police, speeding and driving a car with a suspended license.
  • John Amicansgioli, 28, of 157 West St. of North Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant for destruction of property over $250 out of Norwood.
  • Gerard Narold, 47, of 41 Pembroke Ave., was arrested on charges of assault and battery (domestic).
  • Jason Charpentier, 24, 42 Clark Ave. Pawtucket, was arrested on a warrant for Class D drug possession. 

Wednesdy, March 16

  • Rosemarie Lynch, 20, of 56 Parker St., was arrested on a warrant for disturbing the peace.
  • Gilmar Perez, 41, of 4 Bellview Central Falls, was arrested for driving a car on a suspended license.
  • Justin Mcpeake, 27, of of 150 Mendon Road, S. Attleboro, was taken into protective custody for pubic intoxication.
  • Cheryl Richard, 48, of 69 Gordan Ave. Warwick, was arrested on a warrant for larceny over $250. 

Tuesday, March 15

  • Attleboro Police Officer Rogers responded to a call on North Main Street for a report of destruction of property. When police arrived they reportedly found two tires of the resident's car were slashed. When police asked the resident if she knew of any possible suspects, the resident told police she had discussed the possibility of a neighbor selling narcotics during a recent condo association meeting, but that she had was not accusing the neighbor for the flat tires and did not have any proof.
  • Justine Cunha, 25, of 7 Young Terrace, Norton, was arrested on a warrant for larceny under $250.
  • Xuan Huynh, 43, of 752 South Main St., was arrested for disorderly conduct.
  • Mark Conway, 21, 1101 Roosevelt Ave. Pawtucket, was arrested for alleged public intoxication/protective custody. 

Monday, March 14

  • Attleboro Police Officers Williams, Bailey and Buckhenik responded to Castro's Liquors at 412 Thacher St. for a report of a sexual assault. The victim, who was reportedly very frantic and upset, told police she was walking on County Street when a gray sedan traveling toward Rhode Island pulled up next to her. The victim said an older white man with bad breath asked if she was lost. The victim told officers that when she approached the vehicle on the driver's side, the driver grabbed her by her coat and said, "You wanna come with me? I want you to do something for me." The victim said she began screaming and the suspect let her go and headed to Pawtucket. The victim did not make out the license plate of the car. Det. Lt. Ortrando and Det. Castro arrived to speak to the victim to get further information about the incident.
  • Tyler Parker, 18, of 142 Brown St., was arrested for allegedly failing to stop for police.
  • Ashley Beauregard, 25, of 200 Columbus St. Pawtucket, was arrested for allegedly stealing a credit card and larceny under $250.
  • A 16-year-old was arrested for a false bomb threat.
  • Edward Sinotte, 41, of 220 Taft St. Pawtucket, was arrested on a warrant for malicious destruction of property over $250.
  • Sandra Blatz, 28, of 64 Maple St., was arrested on a warrant for larceny by check under $250.
  • Jeffrey Andrews, 25, of 179 Park St., was arrested for driving with a revoked license.
  • John R. Dionne, 43, of 850 Washington St., was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, assault and resisting arrest.
  • George Nash, 33, of 130 James St., was arrested on charges of assault and battery and public intoxication/protective custody.
