Updated: Police Investigate Armed Robbery at Dodgeville Country Store Tuesday Night

Police were conducting an investigation late Tuesday night related to an armed robbery on S. Main St. A second robbery was also reported at the Shell station on South Avenue

Attleboro Police are investigating an armed robbery on S. Main St.

According to police, an investigation is ongoing after an armed robbery occurred at Dodgeville Country Store at 408 S. Main St. at approximately 8 p.m.

"Upon arrival, investigators learned two suspects were involved in the robbery and that one suspect entered the store, brandished a firearm and demanded cash while the other remained outside the front door possibly acting as a 'lookout'," according to a statement from the Attleboro Police.


Both suspects fled on foot on S. Main St. and were able to elude police

According to Police:

Suspect 1 is described as a male reported to be approximately 5’10” tall.  He was wearing a grey or yellow hooded sweatshirt with a full-length zipper in front, blue jeans and sneakers.

Suspect 2 is described as 5’10” tall and wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.

Police are also in the midst of an investigation involving a second robbery that occurred minutes later at the Shell station on South St.
