OUI, Resisting Arrest, and Assault and Battery on a Police Officer

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.


The following represents arrests between Dec. 7 through Dec. 8

Dec. 7

  • *1:57 a.m. Joshua Benson, 30, of 5 Peckham St. was arrested at Milk St. for suspicion of OUI liquor and possession of a Class B substance.
  • 2:36 a.m. Victor Duran, 21, of Cumberland RI was arrested at Mendon Rd. for suspicion of distribution of a Class B substance, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation
  • 6:37 a.m. Christopher Reiman, 21, of 111 Dean St. was arrested at Dean St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest  and assault and battery on a police officer.
  • 3:32 p.m. Nathan Sousa, 23, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at Pleasant St. for suspicion of possession of a Class C substance.
  • 6:16 p.m. James Brady, 43, of 55 Park St. was arrested at Pleasant St. for suspicion of shoplifting and possession of a Class E substance.
  • 10 p.m. Jason Dailey, 39, of 63 Bank St. was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes violation.
Dec. 8
  • 2:30 am. Sean Hareld, 37, of Pacoug RI was arrested at Sixth St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and assault and battery.
  • 4:08 a.m. Vannak Bak, 26, of 1951 County St. Apt. 2 was arrested at County St. on a warrant and charged with registration not in possession.
  • 5:15 p.m. William Deleon-Lopez, 46, of 60 Pearl St. was arrested at Brook St. for suspicion of lights violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a warrant for unregistered motor vehicle.
