OUI Hit-and-Run, Assault and Drug Possession

Nine arrests are reported for Feb. 15-17.

The Attleboro Police Department  reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

Feb. 15

  • *1:35 a.m. Thomas G. Barry, 22, of North Attleboro was arrested on Pleasant Street on suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 3:53 p.m. Brandon Johnson, 17, of Attleboro was arrested at 543 Newport Ave. on a warrant. He was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon.
  • 5:10 pm. Richard Johnson, 46, of Attleboro was arrested on several allegations, including second-offense OUI, following a reported hit-and-run on County Street. Go here  and here  for more information on this arrest.

Feb. 16

  • 1:20 a.m. Harry Alden Wilbur, 57, of Attleboro was arrested on Mill Street on suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of ammunition. He was also accused of a marked lanes violation.
  • 7:33 a.m. Jesse Daniel Coleman, 18, of Attleboro was arrested at 1128 Oakhill Ave. on suspicion of domestic assault and battery and class B drug possession.
  • 11:17 p.m. Tanesha L. Pina-Lopes, 24, of Attleboro was arrested at 167 Maple St. on a warrant. She was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Feb. 17

  • 4:29 p.m. Attleboro residents Kyle Francis Devlin, 20, and Patrick James Lynch, 19, were arrested on Brown Street. Devlin was suspected of being a person under 21 in possession of liquor. Lynch was suspected of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 8:47 p.m. Lyndsay Raye Oliviera, 23, of Rehoboth was arrested on Highland Avenue on a warrant. She was charged with assault and battery.
