OUI Drugs, Larceny and Warrants

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

March 1

• *10:01 a.m. Derek Kevin Andrade, 33, of Attleboro was arrested on Hope Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• 10:41 a.m. Hugo I. Martinez, 39, of Attleboro was arrested on Washington Street on a warrant as well as suspicion of operating an unregistered motor vehicle without a license. He was charged with unsafe operation of a motor vehicle.
• 1:32 p.m. Alan Michael Weisberg, 63, of Cumberland was arrested on Washington Street on a warrant as well as suspicion of operating an unregistered motor vehicle without a license. He was charged with larceny by check under $250.
• 6:19 p.m. Guy D. Green, 51, of Attleboro was arrested at his Adamsdale home on an unspecified warrant.
• 7:34 p.m. Justin P. Deavellar, 34, of Attleboro was arrested at his Oakhill Avenue home on an unspecified warrant.
• 10:34 p.m. Ryan J. Feyler, 20, of Randolph was arrested on Maple Street on suspicion of OUI drugs and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
